If I Can’t Help – Referrals

There are areas of law in which I do not practice. I subscribe to the saying (trite as it may be) that I know what I know and what I do not know. Over the years, I have developed a “virtual firm” of lawyers and other professionals who have expertise that I do not, and to whom I refer my Clients. Generally, I have only one firm or one lawyer or one professional I trust enough to refer a Client to. I will be pleased to discuss your case and make a referral to these colleagues in the following areas

  • Bankruptcy
  • Collections.
  • Complex commercial litigation
  • Criminal law
  • Divorce and family law
  • General litigation in all New Jersey and Pennsylvania state courts and Federal courts
  • Immigration
  • IRS problem resolution
  • Landlord and Tenant litigation
  • Mortgage foreclosure (creditor and debtor representation)
  • Municipal Courts (minor civil and criminal, landlord and tenant)
  • Personal injury
  • Intellectual property (patents and copyrights)

I have also identified other professionals who have shown superb skills and abilities to whom I will make referrals:

  • Accountant
  • Home inspector
  • Real estate agent
  • Surveyor
  • Title insurance
